
For many of us, the social-distancing and quarantine measures have contributed significantly to a decline in physical and mental health. Alcohol sales have increased over 55%, while studies show a similar increase in the consumption of comfort foods like cookies, candy, and potato chips. Our media consumption has never been so high, with one New York Post article citing that U.S. consumers streamed 156.1 billion minutes of content; double as much as this time last year.
